Our Mission and Values
We often get asked by both prospective clients and employees, “What is it like working with RebuttalPR?” While our current partners and team understand innately what drives us to succeed and achieve what often feels like the impossible, we recently undertook an effort to memorialize our mission and values. We hope this provides guidance to those who are considering working with us (whether as a client or part of our growing team) about what we expect of ourselves, as well as our promise to those we partner with.

RebuttalPR amplifies the stories of people harmed through no fault of their own to help them and their lawyers achieve justice.
OUR VALUES
We build on our foundation by keeping the promises we make to our clients and ourselves. Our work and actions are guided by our beliefs and commitments to:
Justice: We give a voice to the voiceless who are seeking justice against powerful, well-funded defendants, regardless of our own personal outcomes or motives. We succeed only when our clients succeed and when we are able to help right a wrong.
Compassion: We consider the needs and values of others while staying objective to our role. We meet clients where they are, considering the person behind their situation, listening with compassion, avoiding judgement, and considering the emotions involved in a situation (including our own). This includes assuming positive intent and listening to understand instead of simply to respond.
Collaboration: We bring a ‘we versus me’ approach to our work by aligning our individual and collective actions with firm and client goals. We proactively communicate with stakeholders as well as regularly give and seek feedback. We believe an open exchange of information and ideas leads to better outcomes, and we pitch in to help even when it might be outside the scope of our day-to-day duties. This collaboration extends to our clients, when at our best they view us as partners and problem-solvers as they pursue justice for their clients and growth in their businesses.
Responsibility: We stand behind our work, take client obligations seriously, and acknowledge the impact our actions have on others. We solve problems quickly and professionally and push ourselves and each other to do more than is required. We honor our commitments to one another and are open and honest about our abilities and limitations.
Expertise: We excel at the art of communication, adopting an approach that balances focus and speed, practicality and efficiency, and simplicity and flexibility. There is no substitute for diligent preparation, a commitment to learn and obtain deeper knowledge, and attention to detail. We are keenly aware of the environment we operate in, understand why and how things work, and are curious to learn more in the continued pursuit of greatness.
